We are manufacturing railway/road steel bridges of Plate Girders, Composite Girders, Open web girders, Bow String Girders, RH Girders, Steel Arch Bridges and various type of Foot over Bridges.

We have in house facility of:

1. Multi-nozzle CNC cutting.

2. CNC drilling.

3. H Beam assembly line :

a) Flange 140 mm to 1200 mm. Thickness up to 18 mm to 80mm..

b) Web 180 mm to 3500 mm. Thickness up to 6mm to 50 mm.

c) Max length 18 mtrs.

4. Double boom cantilever SAW welding Machine.

5. Beam straightening machine.

6. Stud welding and Face milling.

7. Grit/shot blasting facility with metalizing and painting.

Designing:

We have in house design facilities as well as associated with reputed designers for shop floor drawings of Bridges as per client requirements. Including all liasioning work for approval of drawings from Railways.

Launching:

We follow proper safety standards as per PPE & HSE. The Launching methodology is prepared by experienced team of professionals which is further submitted to client approval.
