Environment, Health and safety (EHS) Policy
G.M. Engineers & Fabricators Pvt. Ltd. as a socially responsible corporate, commits itself to satisfying the needs and expectations of its clients, customers and other stake-holders by adopting an integrated management approach to health, safety and environment in line with world-class service providers in all its activities, operations and services at plant, sites and at the corporate office and associated facilities. The company is committed to continually improve its operations, products, services and EHS systems through the process of measuring, monitoring and setting objectives for continual improvement. The company will adopt environment-friendly processes and products for prevention of pollution and environmental protection; prevent ill-health and injury, promote the health and safety of its employees, contractors and business partners.
This is intended to be achieved by ensuring:
- All ethical, legal and regulatory requirements related to environment, health and safety are followed to the satisfaction of the customers and stake-holders.
- Technological innovations are adopted to improve upon the strategic and operational management processes in terms of quality, environmental preservation and safety enhancement.

- Continuous training, development and competence enhancement of staff in functional areas, awareness, risk mitigation and environmental compliances is planned and ingrained as a culture of the company.
- Deviations from environmental aspects and OHS hazards and risks are identified pro-actively or detected in real-time to minimize damage caused by such deviations.
- GM Engineers that its EHS policy is communicated and understood at all levels of the company through training, regular internal communications, and reinforcement during internal meeting and MRM. This policy is also communicated to all clients and stake-holders. The EHS policy statement is reviewed during management review meetings once a year.
